Federal Minister of Education and Research, Johanna Wanka, discussed aspects of marine research in Germany with Rolf Peinert (Managing Director KDM, left) and Michael Schulz (MARUM). In the framework of the Year of Sciences “Seas and Oceans” the marine sciences were the focus of the Open House Days at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Berlin.
