For the second time, a team from the Geosciences Collection of the University of Bremen, including Martin Krogmann of MARUM, is digging up fossils in the mountains of Nevada (USA). Layer by layer Krogmann, Eva Bischof, David Kuhlmann and PD Dr. Jens Lehmann work to uncover the fossils. They're looking for Triassic ammonoid shells. Conclusions from their analysis should help to find out more about the ecosystem and its changes over time.
