Deal­ing with the ex­pect­a­tions and needs of the cur­rent gen­er­a­tion of ECR

In this workshop, we would like to exchange our experiences with the needs and demands of the current generation of ECR and discuss our (daily) challenges in their supervision.

In this context, points of discussion can be, for example, the thesis committee meetings, funding proposals, mental health issues, religious sensitivities and others.
