Registration

Please register for the ArcTrain Annual Meeting 2023 using this form. Your data will be treated confidentially and only be stored and used for administrative purposes within the ArcTrain project. Once your registration is processed you will receive a confirmation of your registration via email.

The general deadline for registration is 3rd of March, 2023.

ArcTrain will cover the costs for board and lodging. The limited number of available rooms will require that we assign registrations in order of the level of ArcTrain association and date of registration. There are a number double and triple rooms available, if you can already form a pair or group of people that are willing to share a room please indicate this in the Remarks.

The final conference program might include activities that generate costs that cannot be covered by ArcTrain. In this case you will be asked again whether you want to participate.
