Federal and state governments are in favour of new building at MARUM

The Joint Science Conference (Gemeinsame Wissenschaftskonferenz - GWK) decided to fund a new research center for deep sea research (Zentrum für Tiefseeforschung - ZfT). The new center will investigate fundamental processes in the deep sea and will be located at the MARUM - Center for Marine Environmental Sciences of the University of Bremen.
