Oct 2-3, 2017: Members of the Coastal Dynamics group met with colleagues from Ifremer and IUEM at a short joint workshop on coastal research collaboration in Brest.
The 5th Estuary Days workshop at Ifremer in Brest, France was held 24-26 Sep 2017 on "The problem of scales in the prediction of estuarine morphodynamics".

May 12 2017 Gabriel, Markus and Marius are back from a cruise in the Ems estuary, on board FK Senckenberg, collecting data on estuarine processes and fluid mud dynamics.
We will host the next MARID conference on Marine and River Dune Dynamcis 2019.
