Why are we asking for this data?

It is important to us to make valuable offers to all postdocs working at MARUM. We therefore need to know who is here, who and how many postdocs are working in which groups, how many people are working on self-designed projects and who is part of a in larger project.
We are making an effort to offer equal opportunities in every respect to all people. The better we know the group, the better we can make specific offers. Statistics also help us to monitor developments over the years so we can react if we notice imbalances.
