THE VENUE
The symposium will take place at Schloß Etelsen, Bremen, Germany from the 17th - 19th October 2016.
The authentically restored Etelsen castle (Schloß Etelsen) is from the 19th century and now functions as a seminar and conference hotel. It is a landmark of the Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft and provides the right combination of special ambiance and facilities for a successful workshop. The castle is surrounded by an extensive park/garden landscape which will allow us to go for walks and provides opportunities for joggers to relax.

ACCOMODATION
The participation fee includes your conference fees as well as your overnight stay for 2 nights from Monday to Wednesday (17-19th October), including meals on conference days and coffee breaks. Participants will stay in double rooms, but have the option to upgrade and stay in a single room at their own expense.
All rooms will have access to WiFi.
Arrival time should be at the latest by 9:00 am on Monday morning. Overnight accommodation will be available at each participant’s own expense for the night before (Sunday to Monday) and/or after (Wednesday to Thursday). Room prices are: single room (85€) or double room (60€), including dinner and breakfast. Please let us know your arrival and departure dates at the time of registration.

By Plane
Fly to City Airport Bremen Airport (http://www.bremen-airport.com/en/nc/)
From the airport, please take TRAM No. 6 to the Hauptbahnhof (Central station, direction: Universität).
At the Hauptbahnhof there are several regional trains (including the RS1 direction Verden(Aller)) as well as a bus that can be taken. Please enquire at the train station for the best connection at your time of arrival or consult google maps or similar apps.

Arrival by the German Train ‚Deutsche Bahn‘ (DB)
Route Hannover-Bremen
Change in Achim – local train to the train station ‘Etelsen’.
From the direction of Bremen:
Change in Verden – local train to the train station ‘Etelsen’.
By Car
From the direction of Hannover (A7)
• A 27, Bremen-Walsrode
• Take the exit Verden-Nord
• Direction Verden,
• After 1500 m turn right (Direction sign Bremen/Achim).
• Go through Dauelsen, Langwedel and Cluvenhagen to reach Etelsen
• The castle is approx. 100 m behind the crossing with the traffic lights on the left side.
OR
• A 27, Bremen-Walsrode
• Take the exit Achim Ost
• Direction Achim until the crossing (with traffic lights) in Achim-Uesen (Gaststätte/Restaurant "Grüner Jäger")
• Turn left in the direction of Verden/Achim-Baden
• Go through Achim-Baden to Etelsen
• The castle will be approx. 150 m past the village entrance ‚Etelsen‘ on the right side.
From the direction of Bremen/Hamburg (A1)
• A 27, Bremer-Kreuz
• In the direction of Walsrode
• Take the exit Achim Ost
• Direction Achim until the crossing (with traffic lights) in Achim-Uesen (Gaststätte/Restaurant "Grüner Jäger")
