The future Atlantic

The joint initiative RACE aims to improve assessments of the future development of climate-relevant ocean currents in the Atlantic. RACE has received funding of 4.4 million Euros over the next three years from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Beginning in January 2016, the research will be coordinated by Professor Monika Rhein, MARUM-IUP.
