The Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge have met early career scientists and caught up on excellent German marine research at the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg. Rebecca Jackson and Vasco Müller told the royals about their research. Both are PhD students of the International Research Training Group ArcTrain at the Unviersity of Bremen. Catherine and William visit Hamburg on the occasion of the Year of Science 2016 * 17 Seas and Oceans. Great Britain is the partner country.
