In Memoriam Mathias Weinrebe

We sadly acknowledge that Mathias Weinrebe passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, 27 April. With Mathias we lost a fine colleague, who had worked as software engineer since 2013 in the framework of the data center PANGAEA. Based on his expertise in hydroacoustics, Mathias made enormous progress in making data from old bathymetric surveys available to the scientific community.
