Registration

Please register for the ArcTrain Annual Meeting 2017 using this form. Your data will be treated confidentially and only be stored and used for administrative purposes within the ArcTrain project. Once your registration is processed you will receive a confirmation of your registration via email.

A hotel list with hotel booking codes will be distributed separately upon receiving your registration. Please quote the codes given in that list when you book your room. This gives you access to our room allocation and special room rates.

We would strongly recommend you book your hotel accommodation quickly as our hotel allocations are valid for a limited period only.

If you intend to actively contribute to the Annual Meeting program (talk, poster) your deadline for registration is July 20th, 2017.

The general deadline for registration is August 31st, 2017.
