My main interests are geotechnical and sedimentologic topics at the coast and the continental margin. I do laboratory experiments and nummerical simulations with PFC2D and Plaxis. My projects range from gas hydrate growth in the sediment to submarine mud vulcanos and the use of harbour mud as construction material.
