Dr. Henry Wu

A part of my research focuses on high-resolution climate records collected from modern and fossil coral skeletons of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. I am also concerned with our carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere where my research is investigating possible effects and influence of ocean acidification on coral growth and climate reconstruction. Finally, another facet of my research involves deep sea sediments to study longer time-scale oceanographic and climate variability.
