Research Interests:
Geochemistry of seafloor hydrothermal systems, specifically:
● Processes controlling the formation and evolution of vent fluid compositions
● Abiotic carbon chemistry and carbon-sulfur interactions in hydrothermal systems
● Magmatic-hydrothermal activity in back-arc basins
● Organic geochemistry of sulfide deposits
● Experimental hydrothermal geochemistry
● Techniques in dissolved volatile species analysis
