Project Management

Objectives
- In this classroom training all relevant aspects of Project Management will come alive in sample projects chosen by the participants.
- The participants (in groups of 3 – 4) will experience each phase of the “simulated” project, discovering what constitutes actual work on a project and the hurdles that may need to be overcome.
- The group-dynamic process during the project work will be displayed as a learning experience, and together, solutions will be found.
- This learning by experiencing, coupled with the subsequent teaching from the trainer, will prepare the participants for the important principles, process models and methods in Project Management.
- During the training, the basic elements of Project Management will be practiced and
employed along with the important social aspects of working on a project.
Course schedule
Morning (09.00-12.30) and afternoon (13.30-17.00) sessions.
